Recently we attended an emergency on-site service call in Sri Petaling. The Legate System has issues with broken gearbox and the roller back in June.
In Nov 2021, the gate fell due to bearing failure. Luckily no one is injured. When your gate bearings fail to work, you have to contact autogate repairer immediately to get the problems settled. Don’t wait until too late!
- Check folding autogate installed to ensure that the autogate bearings (gate bottom wheels) are in good working order.

- Folding autogate should be lubricated by WD40 every month.
